Hate to sound like a party pooper, but

-Don't overdue the alcohol. It can cause you to overheat. If you have to drink alcohol, alternate with water.

-Preload on water starting Thursday. A couple bottles of Gatorade on Friday and Saturday will get your electrolytes up.

-Don't tailgate with greasy foods this weekend. I love me some fried chicken, but it can make you sick during the game.

-Soak those white towels with water and put one around your neck every so often. The most amount of blood in your body passes the carotid arteries. A minute with a cold towel on the front of your neck can cool you down significantly.

I don't want a tragedy to hit our group. Please be careful!
