How is the defense looking okay? Basically every play is successful. And I'll hold my judgment on the offense. First drive looked good, but it was the first drive of the game.

Because it is a good offense. The Gators gameplanned their first drive as well as we did. The D contained well, and didn't give up big plays. They'll need to find ways to disrupt it if we want to have a chance, but early, I expect Florida's offense to move.
