OK, so Beamer didn't try and work his contract up at all. Clearly he really wants to be here. I'm not saying bump him to this (although he's now more qualified on paper than this guy, having coached a own team to a bowl game and about to head coach his second bowl game), but he should have every resource imaginable to do whatever he wants with his staff (i.e., set a new market for any coach he wants and eat buyouts like candy if needed). This might be our guy and it's time to quit fking around.
