I started doing Members of the Day in 2016 (we didn't get to every member).
I restarted in June 2021. Any member who won in 2016 was excluded from winning in 2021.
In both years, when a username came up, I checked to see the member was still an active subscriber and if the member had been on the site somewhat recently.
If you haven't seen your username listed in 2016 or 2021, it's possible when your username came up:
• your subscription was in lapsed status
• your subscription had been canceled
• you hadn't been on the site recently
• you missed the post the day you won
Thank you for being a member of Gamecock Central. I hope we can re-start this in 2022.
By the way, I went back and searched for some members who are frequent posters in the member of the day threads and found the following. You've been winners all along!
