With a heavy heart I laid to rest my 28 year old son today. He was a Gamecock from the day he was born. His Gamecock ball cap now rides with me in the car, just as he did for many years. Nothing seems important anymore. But GamecockCentral has been my conduit to Gamecock nation for 17 years and I felt the need to share with you my deep deep loss. Keep your kids close to you, people, and cherish every moment you have them.
