Develop/Identify 5 IMG's across the country - Northeast, Midwest, South, Southwest, and West. A conference, for high school athletes who could care less about college. Atheltes and their parents/care givers who are focused solely on the NFL. These athletes would be offered these opportunities to develop their skills in basically an NFL minor league. These school will offer associate degrees only. If an athlete wants to transfer into the traditional college model he/she must sit out an academic year and be accepted by that university as a student first. Athletes whose families want them to get a degree can have the same advantages that currently exist. The full scholarship would have language that demands participation in all sanctioned events for the sport this student/athlete is placed on scholarship for. Graduates with eligibility can transfer. Undergraduates may transfer as often as they like but must sit out a year. This will provide the student/athlete an opportunity to become acclimated him/her self to their new surroundings and provide the best opportunity to be successful in the classroom and the fid of play. This idea would make everyone happy.
