I love his show where he travels to other countries...I have seen most. But yesterday for the first time I saw his series where he explained the art of cooking foods we eat everyday. Thought it was interesting his thoughts on a good steak. He wants it aged 5 weeks. He said the biggest mistake most people make is touching or prodding it on the grill. He also said when you take it off the grill, let it sit for 5 minutes and do not touch it. The reasoning is that it is still cooking and the juices are flowing in an even pattern without you messing with it.
