Hey guys, I am 62 and hoped to work 6 more years but over the last year it seems like I have had off and on gout like symptoms mostly in my right foot.My big toe aches and I get cramps and sometimes can hardly walk ,I tried changing shoes to no avail ,I jyst changed jobs and have no insurance till Sept. ,Any advice from my Gamecock Family .I had a great checkup 3 months ago and at the time it seemed better so I didn't tell the doctor ,today It got stiff with lots of pain ,it helped to soak it in Epsom salt and hot water .
