The shallow Planning and Execution of Spirit and Promotion during basketball games is laughable.
There is a definite problem down there.
Ray would do well to hire a seasoned and proven COLLEGE minded and College driven, Spirit/Promotion Director.
Ray would do well to hire a seasoned and proven creator, organizer and leader that could (in conjunction with the pep band) UNITE and more empower the student section.
(The students are ready and willing. The students are simply not as organized or therefore effective as they could be.)
