Lost in the Rattler euphoria, we signed an NFL hybrid TE/WR…..who has worked with Rattler for 4 years!
This board spent hundreds of hours obsessing over the Delp kid’s recruitment, but nobody is talking about a 6’6” 260 lb mature version of the guy we hoped to get.
WE GOT HIM.
Stogner was well on his way to being an All-American in his Sophmore season before a knee injury coupled with a strep infection hospitalized him and made him lose 30 pounds.
The kid came back THAT season.
I know Hayden Hurst was a special player at USC, but this kid will be better, even if its for only one season.
Hes a matchup nightmare who also is a plus blocker, especially on the outside.
