I live in Knoxville now. Is getting a couple of tix in the Gamecock section a possibility and, if so, what’s the best avenue, date to try, etc.?

Up until the last few years you could walk up on game day and get all you wanted. May be tougher now. Check with Vols ticket office. Sunday is likely easiest day because some folks don't go on church days.
To make sure call the rooster office OR to make it a double dare reach out to Bat…….that crowd may even have an extra?
Btw…..There should be a law against playing baseball Feb & March.

I don't go to Knoxville.
The 1st (and last) time I was there for baseball (1993), by Sunday everyone was holding me back as I was climbing over the seats to go beat this UT b****'s a**. I'd had enough by then.

Most of our allotment will go to Player's and Coach's families. We don't really get a visitor's section per se. Call our ticket office first before you reach out to UT.
And you better have a thick skin if you go there. They don't "keep it on the field" there.

My roommate is a Vol, so I’m used to anything they can dish out. It can’t be worse than the first quarter of our football game here. 😁
Also, I met Wil Crowe’s brother randomly a few days ago wearing my USC pullover. He approached me. Pretty cool.

Actually it can. They are the worst. I would have worked the field in Clemson before I would at UT.
