Spatchcock chicken on my RecTec pellet grill. Kingsford Garlic and Herbs rub with olive oil both under and on the skin. Stubbs Honey and Chipotle sauce applied the last five minutes.
Cooked at 180 for 45 minutes then 425 until an internal temp of 160 was reached.
Very moist and flavorful!
