Can't see Scheyer leaving when he has already been offered the job and has agreed to take it according to published reports.
I wonder if Duke finally gets in trouble for Zion the moment Coach K leaves. John Sheyer isn’t scaring anyone in Indianapolis.
And what does that have to do with a coaching carousel, considering he has already been announced. How he does has nothing to do with a "coaching carousel."

John Scheyer and Hubert Davis being the hires at those 2 blueblood schools just tell how far College Basketball has fallen and that its no longer a top tier sport. The transfer rules with one and dones have turned it into a 3 ring circus.
It has nothing to do with a "coaching carousel," but everything to do with a named successor having no previous head coaching experience.
Many FGF posters have b****ed over the years about what a poor hire Chad was, citing his lack of head coaching experience. Of course, those posts came when it was painfully obvious that it was "not a good fit".
Prudent FGF posters have noted time and again, that at the time, hiring Chad was a good move. All I'm doing is comparing the Scheyer hire with the Holbrook hire.
Time will tell.
