I don't understand the Stroman trying to set a pick on the last FT for Notice to the left. You should just have your guards crash the boards and hope for a long rebound. And that's what we got but nobody was there to get the ball.

The players played the last 4 minutes with glazed over eyes, intimidated by the multiple cursings that Frank unleashed on them. They were scared to death to make a mistake.

I think Martin should get two more years. After that, if significant improvement has not been made then we should look else where. Five years is plenty of time to start making major improvements.

Yep. Reasonable expectation and timeframe. However, for those that insist on pointing out everything negative (granted there has not been much "positive" since way before Martin took over), I wish they would just come out and say they want him gone. Seems that would save time.
