Preseason poll is out and South Carolina doesn't make it, which is not a shock I'd say given the season they had last year.
They do, however, face eight teams currently ranked in the AP Poll: No. 2 Kentucky, No. 5 Virginia, No. 6 Tennessee (twice), No. 11 Auburn, No. 18 Mississippi State (twice), No. 19 Michigan (potentially twice), No. 22 Clemson, No. 23 LSU.
Also have five games against teams receiving votes: Florida, Alabama, Providence and Missouri twice.
