Do Ya'll like having our game during rivalry week with every other big rivalry? Of course, if we were both ranked and in the top 15 it would garner more attention but even then, it would fall behind games like the iron bowl, mich-osu and even fsu-fl. Texas and Oklahoma have their rivalry game on a different day that everyone and it show cases that rivalry all week and that seems to work for them. I wish we would even bring back big Thursday occasionally and make Thursday and Friday a state holiday like it used to be.

For me to hope our rivalry got the most national attention it could, I would have to hope we (goes without saying) and the taters (no thanks) are consistant top caliber teams. Easier for me to just enjoy the rivalry without the extra fanfare and hope the taters lose every game they play. That said, when we play doesnt matter.

It needs to be at the end of the season. Moving it would feel like playing the Super Bowl or World Series mid-season.

I wish we played them thanksgiving day, and were able to get the opportunity to showcase the rivalry, the state, and the University of South Carolina to a large audience looking for college football.
