It's not a negative about USC. He's a former player. No school is responsible for their players after they leave. Why hold a school responsible for things totally out of their control that a former player might do? It would make no sense.

I know some people will take it that way but they are wrong.

If I screw up in my job, it doesn't reflect on my former employer.
