This Memorial Day weekend I'm hosting a block party in my neighborhood. Among other things, I am going to do a Low Country Boil. So I'm coming straight to the source for recipes. None of my neighbors have had it before and most have never even heard of it. I'm open to any suggestions and/or tips.
EDIT: I'm expecting about to feed 25 adults so let me know if there is anything special that needs to be done to feed a large group.
