Friends I'll be the first to admit to being an SC BBQ junkie, but my lady and I made our first trip over to Hemingway to enjoy a meal at Scott's BBQ, and folks.... It's the best. Hands down as far as resteraunts, the closest I've ever had to my families homemade coal cooked recipe that we've been making for years for reunions and such. Slow cooked meat and a fantastic vinegar/pepper sauce and Rodney and his family are fantastic, welcoming people who are fun to have a conversation with. If you haven't made the trip, make sure to do so in the future, it's worth going a little out of the way for!
