I looked at it again and it looks like they did try to grab a player, but the ref ignored it.

He did foul, but when the refs did not call it, it became a busted play. Notice was then out of position to defend a wide open 3, but I still can't fathom why Notice didn't take a safer angle when running at the shooter. I've never seen a finish like this one! Having said all if that, Carrera and Chat should have already iced the game.
