The more I hear, the more it seems to point to former Alabama linebacker and current off-the-field coach Freddie Roach getting the nod for that position. Not saying it's necessarily a done deal, but that's where everything I'm hearing points at this time.
From what I understand, Alabama was scheduled to return home from the title game Tuesday and Roach was scheduled to interview with Carolina today.
These things can be fluid, of course, but wanted to let y'all know what the buzz is right now.
