I'm glad Clemson did not get a bye and that Bama got snubbed. Maybe now there will be changes like expanding to 16 teams, picking teams based on a formula just like in the BCS days. Also no more automatic qualifiers.

Boise shouldn't even be in the tournament.

Their claim to fame was almost beating Oregon and knocking off #21 UNLV.

If you're going to put a team like Boise in, they need to run the table as they only play 2 or 3 meaningful games a year.

I was raised in the 80's and 90's mediocre era. A bowl game was like winning the lottery. We also get a decent team. I find it funny that Alabama goes from almost making the CFP to playing Michigan. Regarding Boise State, they are a very good football team. Just because their schedule wasn’t the toughest does not mean they are a weak team. Got to give them credit for playing the #1 team to the wire and maybe if their schedule was tougher, they’d have still won. Maybe, we’ll never know.
