Since Jim Carlen until now with the exception of the great Steve Spurrier we have been mired in mediocrity at best. Say whatever you wish about Spurrier but he was a winner. All coaches who are at the tail end of a career have the drop off then retire. With that said Muschamp is like any of the other coaches below. See the stats. He needs to be given 6 years unless next year is an utter disaster. Like the previous thread the stats should simmer everyone down. There is no quick fix to mediocrity at best over the history of South Carolina football. Let this soak in.
