Both of those links trace back to Marc Ryan. That dude is so full of it. You might as well listen to a crack head on a street corner. Even clemsun dogs him. If some credible information comes out from respected sources, then I'll pay attention.

Watching the Paul Finebaum show yesterday a caller mentioned this. Paul said with no disrepect for either school this is not going to happen. The tv markets in Florida already has UF, UCF, USF and that FLA State has no market to speak of, the same for Clemson there is no market in South Carolina for Clemson. Lastly trust me this will not happen. I was hoping that the deal with Texas and Oklahoma would fall through but as Paul Finebaum said those schools approached the SEC and that if the SEC would not let them in they would go to another league like the Big 10. All about the money in the long run. So what do you say, you take them or another conference will. Hopefully before the dust settles the lawmakers in Oklahoma and Texas makes it so hard that they stay where they are in the Big12. Not holding my breath.
