Wells failed in virtually every aspect of play on the day, so it was only fitting that he was the wide receiver who lost Ole Miss the game on their final drive. Wells was supposed to run an out-and-up, but decided to cut it off short, leading to the game-sealing interception (as you can see in the post below)."

Agree. Overall I'm pleased with the progression of the receiving corps. Simon has been the top target at TE but Harbor is picking up the offense and becoming a threat and Campbell has had some big moments. Brown and Mazeo have been reliable too. Regarding Wells, he was an asset when he was healthy. I'll leave it at that.

I saw where Beamer mentioned the reason he transferred was because we didn't have a decent QB. I have heard this before but not from Beamer.
