Now I'm afraid the defense has sucked just enough to where replacing the OC will make little difference in Beamer's eyes at this point. Best case scenario is probably a new OC next year. Sadly at least two more games of ineptness to go.
Take a look at his salary before you start to feel too bad for him.
The problems go much deeper than play calling.
I also hate calling on someone to lose their job. But politicians, athletic coaches and staff are different.

They do and Satterfield is involved in game planning. The team is not competitive when they are playing athletes on the same level. Florida's defense knew what we were doing when we broke the Huddle.
Clayton White’s rush defense isn’t much better. The defense gets gashed in the running game on a regular basis. Even if you have to play all eleven in the run defense, you can’t allow people to run the ball. They look like they have no clue. White is just as responsible…as Satterfield. I don’t get it!
