You can drive up and down I 77 during NASCAR season and you can see tractor-trailers of different NASCAR owners and drivers as a pass-through going up to Charlotte from Florida or from Charlotte to Florida.

you obviously no nothing about domestic abuse and how a lot of women react after being abused. Its called silent abuse. The abused, normally a woman is terrified of the abuser, normally a man, is most cases. Talk to an domestic abuse counselor and you will learnOriginally posted by coastguardcock:

I bet you still believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny too. Did things get heated in that motor home....yeah, I bet they did. Did he grab her around the neck and slam her head into a wall....no way. I know you probably wouldn't, but if you did that to your significant other, do you think she would report that right away? I know my wife would, and I have not laid a hand on her in 24 years of marriage, but she would call the cops in a split second. That whole story reeks of payback from her. Not even to mention she stated those exact words to a friend and he testified that she said that. Does Kurt have a temper, yes. Doesn't mean he committed the act she claimed. Nor was there one shred of proof. Absolutely none. Her word against his and he loses his career.
As for that latter, no way would I watch a live NASCAR race. Went to two of them when I was younger, and don't care to watch another live. Not even if I got free tickets. I watch time to time on television, and can't watch the whole race. I watch bits and pieces, and will watch the last 25 or so laps. NASCAR has gotten way too far from its roots. It is uncle Jed living in Beverly Hills now.

You are the one in fantasy land if you believe women don't report domestic abuse.
I actually agree with most everything you said. I am also doing everything in my power to refrain from the grammatical errors, but that isn't important right now. I am speaking of this particular case. Kurt has everything to lose, and she has nothing. As we see in this case, who do you think the judge is going to believe. He has the history, she doesn't. As for the majority, yes, most women will not report because they think he will change, fear what he may do in return, children need a father, they deserved it, don't want to lose him, and for some I have no idea why they didn't report it. In Driscoll's case, give me a break.
Richard Andrew Sniffen - who performs at NASCAR outreach events - said he was called by Patricia Driscoll on the night of Sept. 24, 2014, the day when Driscoll alleges that Busch grabbed her and slammed her head against the wall three times in his motorhome at Dover International Speedway.
However, Sniffen said on that night, Driscoll said Busch pushed her and she hit her head. Additionally, as they discussed the matter over time, Sniffen said Driscoll's thoughts turned darker - mentioning that Driscoll said, "I will destroy him" in reference to Busch.
"She was almost embracing the fact that there was no going back," Sniffen continued per the AP before adding that Driscoll told him Busch "was not going to walk away from me."
yay! because this retarded horse of a topic wasnt beaten nearly dead enough with the other 50 posts on it!Originally posted by bosoxcock:
