I'm feeling very confident. This non Eye Talian white boy can bring it. I think out of 30 I would place in the top 10. Perhaps top 7. My ingredients include extra virgin olive oil, real butter and the key.. the right ratio of tomato paste because my sauce is thick. It ain't runny. I use angel hair pasta and a cast iron skillet. Green peepers and red onions that are not diced too big. I also add mushrooms but not too many. Salt and pepper
