Recruiting is paramount for any HC to become successful here, and there is zero question our new head coach gets that. What's also refreshing is that this mentality will be coming from the top down. If you can't recruit/evaluate talent, send that resume elsewhere.

Already visited a couple of recruits within hours of being introduced as HC. Excited to see how well he can do in such little time. Go get'em Boom!

Spurrier knew he was leaving before long and allowed recruiting to decline. With this attitude, he should have quit two years ago rather than allowing the program to decline the way he did. While I appreciate all Spurrier did, I am still extremely disappointed in him for how he left the program.

Now, let's hope Muschamp can breathe new life into the program and get things back in order.
