I'd counter you're not paying close enough attention to how SB is playing the off-season game 👍✌👍
A new staff always has an opportunity to sell enthusiasm and grand plans. Another reason to let Muschamp go. His sell had burnt out.
Beamer and company are doing it well. If he can have a little success on the field it continues.
I’ll buy it tomorrowI think that's a great point.
He's selling a 2 win season right now basically.
Imagine that staff selling a 6 win/bowl appearance season next off season !!!!

Whats the "Dabo approach" and how is he following it?He's definitely copying the Dabo approach. I really hope it works.
Whats the "Dabo approach" and how is he following it?
Easy.
You don't sell the steak, you sell the sizzle.
Dabo came in with a decent, though not great, program/history to sell.
Because recruiting IS sales.
Instead of thinking about old ways to do things, or what his product really was, he went to his "customers" ( ie the recruits) and gaged what they wanted to "buy".
Energy. Enthusiasm. Social media awareness. Image. Swag.
And above all a presentation that your product is special. Different.
Jimmy's & Joe's beat X's & O's.
That's the reader's-digest version of the Dabo method.
Just one missing ingredient from your list...
$$. Lots of $$$.
Just concentrate on getting the best players in Pennsylvania to buy it today 😉I’ll buy it tomorrow

One BIG ingredient that no one has caught on too:
I think Beamer "gets it" and I like what I'm seeing.
But the paradigm has shifted. Moving forward, I think the number one factor for recruits will be "how much money am I go make there?" Better have a good answer to that question.
