Let me just preface this for all of the "stars don't matter" people, I realize a 5-star can be a bust just as easily as a 3-star can end up playing on Sundays. For the most party though, they pretty much are who they are. That out of the way, just for fun I wanted to take a look at the first three recruiting classes by each coach to see what "top talent" they landed. It's eerily similar...

Spurrier's first season was 2005, so I'm counting the 2006, 2007, and 2008 recruiting classes:
2006: Five (5) 4-Star Players
2007: One (1) Five Star Player + Fourteen (14) 4-Star Players
2008: Six (6) 4-Star Players
_________________________
Total: One (1) Five Star Player + Twenty Five (25) 4-Star Players

Muschamp's first season was 2016, so I'm counting the 2017, 2018, and 2019 recruiting classes:
2017: Seven (7) 4-Star Players
2018: Eight (8) 4-Star Players
2019: One (1) Five Star Player + Nine (9) 4-Star Players
_________________________
Total: One (1) Five Star Player + Twenty Four (24) 4-Star Players

It'll be this core group of players and the next 2-3 classes that should ultimately make up who we'll be and define the Muschamp era.

Spurrier's next few classes produced Gilmore, Alshon, Holloman, Swearinger, Lattimore, Quarles, Cann, Ace, Shaw, Clowney, Jar. Adams, among others.
