I have no problem with Elliott getting the nod I was just wondering what the thought process might have been since Mangus has been a HC before albeit at a small school. I think both are good coaches. Elliott's personality might be a little stronger from a leadship standpoint just because he is outwardly passionate and maybe that is what this team needs. Mangus does a great job on the recruiting trail and both are very involved with the offense. Anyone have any insight on what the difference was for Elliott over Mangus?
