Yep. Stick with one home uniform combo, and one away uniform combo.
People argue that in order to get the good players we have to let them pick the unis each week. Bama, Clemson, FSU, SoCal, Auburn, LSU, etc say hello.
I had forgotten about # 36? 2015 vs Florida, not a bad Alt helmet look, but I'm sure I'm in the minority

I imagine the plan is wear the regular uniform 11 games and pull out the special helmet for 1. But, maybe that would make too much sense. I agree that I don't want to see different helmets every game

I'll bet nobody can name a single player who chose to come to SC because they could choose the uniform.

That's initially what I thought, but honestly couldn't tell. It's not big enough to be the original "Scholarship, Leadership" helmet for sure.
Nothing wrong with the JoMo combo jerseys in his time. The players like to pick the combination for each game, so let them.

I don't want to see different helmets nor different unis each game. We all complain that we need more traditions, other than 2001. Name a more recognizable, and easier to institute, "tradition" than uniform combo.
My ideal would be 1987 GBW combo for home games, and Stormtroopers for away games. Yes, we'd have 2 helmets, but it would be a home helmet and an away helmet.

The block C logo just doesnt look right on any color other than white without a white circle around it. Full stop. Would like to see a black helmet with the block C logo with the white circle.
Whatever it is, I don't think I like what it is very hard to see.

I liked our battle jerseys a few seasons back and wouldn't mind a variation of it in the future.
My Final Thoughts:
I do believe it is supposed to be a version of the 60’s throwback helmet, though updated. Why is Beamer doing this? We’re about to unveil the look we’ll go with by video. In that video, tradition, history, etc will be mentioned. It’ll have Beamer looking at a few helmets and weighing his options…like he was doing in the video. Ultimately he’ll settle on our “Black Magic” era uniforms.
That’s my prediction. You can take it to the bank.

When blown up it looks like a Louisville Cardinal to me with some sort of growth on his back. Very strange.....
