Lewis Grizzard was a sports writer and outrageously funny. He died a few years ago and it would be worth your time to Google him or watch his comedy routine on YouTube. He was a Georgia grad and absolutely hated Clemson. Some of his columns about Clemson are out of this world. I had the privilege of meeting him when he spoke to the Anderson Touchdown Club annual banquet one year. He found out I was a Carolina grad and he told me this story. He swore it was true. He was working in the sports department of the Athens newspaper one year when Carolina played Georgia. The name of one of UGA's linebackers was Happy Dicks. He was hurt and could not play. Grizzard wrote an article about it and his headline was: "Georgia to meet Cocks with Dicks out" . Hope that was true.
