You could be right, and I might have accused this guy of being scum when actually what is shown on video is not always the whole story. i have question about why was someone recording this? Also, the guy (dark shirt with blue jeans and a shirt hanging of his back pocket) on left is looking toward that direction and might be yelling something before the punch was thrown.

The guy who threw the punch lawyer said that he was trying to defuse a boozy situation and was acting in self-defense. Shame on me if I reported this wrongly.
