Over these last 9 games, we've sucked. Flat out. There have been good moments, and bright spots -- but six losses out of the last nine is a real ugly picture to try to pretty up with that stuff.
We played 32 games this season though, not just 9, and in spite of recent history we're goin to the dance. An old coach of mine used to say that redemption was only one win away. That's true in the biggest way for these young men. This team has a chance to do something no Gamecock team has done for a long, long time. And if we get a W this thursday or friday, I guarantee you I wont care about Bama yesterday, or Ole Miss last saturday. Best of luck to those squads in the NIT, I guess. Wouldnt trade places with 'em for nothin.
