Is it just me, or does Devin Carter get absolutely mauled every time he takes it to the hoop? He's always on the ground but never gets a freakin call.

And Clemson just lost at the end of the game, so it's a good night. Glad I watched the game instead of Little House on the Prairie.
Kids have some fight in them. Huge win !!!
That Clemson loss is looming large for our post season chances. Still hate we gifted them that game.

Devin is the future. Said it in a previous thread. The guy can flat out ball. Hopefully we do whatever is necessary to keep him around.
I can’t help but wonder if we just beat Princeton and Coastal where we would be. On the surface our NET ranking wouldn’t be much better, but there’s a much different feel in a 17-8 team vs a 15-10 team.
I like all the freshmen this year (Carter, Woodley and Wright). Also I think Josh Gray will develop into a great player at South Carolina.

Crazy thing is that was pretty much the same play we ran at the end of regulation and Carter almost hit it. You would have thought Ole Miss would have been prepared for it.
Do not mean to throw a wrench into das thread, but I have high confidence that Zia Cooke would of made that shot.
Georgia a week or a few ago came very close of taken down nummer one Auburn. The point is South Carolina struggled tonight, but accomplished the objective. I know the rekords are a barometer of how good a team is but Mississippi did defeat Louisiana State last week (projected to make NCAA tournament) at Baton Rouge and during the first half of that game Mississippi did have a 20 point lead over the Tigers.
Was really happy that Reese hit that because he had really struggled with his shot all game.
There were some REALLY bad calls and no-calls there tonight; that aspect is getting frustrating.
He knew it was good when it was half way to the basket! If we could shoot free throws we would have missed out on a Top 10 highlight.....
