This is developing at University of South Carolina. USC Student Sam Launden has been reported MISSING by his family and friends. The Daily Gamecock reports Launden was last seen around 2:30AM near Georgia Street in Columbia, South Carolina. TDG is reporting police responded to a noise complaint near Kentucky and Georgia streets they received at about 11:45 p.m. Police broke up the crowd and TDG citing an anonymous source put Laundon there and stating he was among the last students to leave. TDG also reporting Laundon was last seen by his girlfriend who called an Uber who told the newspaper Laundon jumped a nearby fence before the Uber arrived. SGTV News 4, a student run television station at USofC, is reporting friends and family members of Sam Laundon are launching a search party at River’s Edge Apartments Sunday morning at 11 AM. Organizers are encouraging anyone who wants to help to attend.
