Barring Transfers, Decommits, etc. here is next year's potential LB Core
B.A.W. RS Sr. 6'2" 230
TJ Brunson Jr 6'1" 230
Davonne Bowen RS Fr 6'1" 218
Antoine Wilder RS Jr 5'10" 190
Damani Staley RS Fr 6'1" 210
Elridge Thompson Sr 6'1" 215
Sherrod Greene RS Fr 6'1" 223

Ernest Jones Commit 6'2" 210

Analysis: This group could be both weak and strong. BAW coming back to pair with TJ is a great pair but we really need a third LB to be strong to replace Skai. Ernest Jones is committed but it would be great to have Channing to commit to us as well to add depth.

This is a position that is so critical. Last year we had good LB's in Walton and Holloman but the fact of the matter was they were not quite fast enough against elite competition. Having Moore back and the emergence of TJ was as vital to our success this year as anything.. We are behind at this position right now and getting BAW back is huge. Just like getting Moore back this year. We need big years from Greene and Thompson next year. Hope we add one more big time LB from SV.

Coach Muschamp stated yesterday they were excited about Damani Staley future. In the next few football seasons, i expect Staley to be a major contributor on South Carolina defense.
