Not looking good for football season

Just seen Georgia vs Missouri canceled. Fourth SEC game canceled this week. Ohio state and Maryland has been canceled today also. It will be hard to finish the season if the continues. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...0PADegQICBAX&usg=AOvVaw24KgXrrQfySqzB4E9Vgzi4

Sunlight is now fading and most aren't managing their Vit D & K status.

The fear merchants refuse to broadcast this information b/c the vaccine(s) will be some of the most profitable in history. Plus, the ability to track people.

The B1G May have issues finishing. They have a 21 day quarantine rule which is absolutely stupid. The SEC will do what it takes. Some teams may only play 8 games but that’s still as many as the B1G and Pac12 will get in.

I do believe we’ll see a lot of bowl games cancelled. Might even see teams declining bowls. The CFB Playoff will go on though. Too much $$.

Sankey even seems shook by this week's cancelations. A playoff is hardly going to be a playoff. Do it, but call it something else.

Can we play in Birmingham with 4 wins? How about three?
Check out ESPN 2020 bowl predictions. One guy has us in Gator bowl, another guy has us in Gasparilla bowl. I think that the bowls are taking anyone who wants to go. I say we need the extra practices, so go with a 2-8 record.

You know, the average person is caught on a surveillance camera 20 times per day.
And we are pretty much all online anyway.

With Muschamp it’ll probably look a lot like the Belk Bowl part 2

How will the bowls make money? They probably won't allow full stadiums. For some bowls last year their stadiums weren't full and this was pre-COVID.

Thanks goodness they werent cancelling games last year over the FLU or a sinus infection..

Bowls make money from their title sponsor paying a crap load of money for the advertising they get dying a 3-1/2 hour game. The city benefits when fans go (hotels, restaurants, entertainment) but the TV is what drives the bowl games. 75% of these wouldn’t exist if they relied on attendance.

For the most part, most bowls are rarely full anyway. What I think is the major factor is the host city mindset at this time Should COVID-19 cases continue to spiral upward, 2 questions come to mind.
1. How many city councils are going to be open to hosting tourists to come into their cities
2. How many fans are going to be willing to travel under the same conditions.

So far Bahamas, Hawaii and Holiday bowls have cancelled, I would not be surprised if several others cancel as well
