Replace the OC and OL coaches. (Help them find other work if you must. But, give your fan base some hope. The majority of fans and observers obviously demand a change or feel it will be warranted. And, the stats and results back it up, even with a good friend. You honestly have nothing to lose (coaching wise) by making a change there. All things considered here….. Status Quo won’t cut it here. And, a TRUE, rational friend, would understand this.)
