I've seen a few people with complaints about the new site, passwords not working, and your $1 dollar didn't give you access to premium content.
I just created my profile on the new site. I didn't get the premium content afterwards. I emailed support@on3.zendesk.com, and Michael Scott replied in less than 5 minutes with help on my issue. They said a password change has been helping with it, so they gave me a temporary password. I logged off, and logged back on with the temporary password. I had all the premium content. The help desk gave me another link: https://www.on3.com/my/settings/ to change my password from the temporary password if I wished to.
