They will be very aware of that dirty lowlife cheapshotting Skalkey POS LB on clemmys team.
Be interesting to see if they let him slide because HE WILL BE GUILTY OF TARGETING 100% for sure. Guy is a POS thug.

SEC refs used to be the gold standard - back in the Jimmy Harper days and for a time afterwards. Lately, there has been a lot of ineptitude. That performance at the Auburn/Penn State game was an embarrassment to SEC officiating. Steve Shaw was an excellent referee and good director of officials for the SEC, but he's been gone for two seasons now and things have deteriorated.

I’d argue that the SEC crew that botched the Miss State game for Memphis was even worse

You might be correct about that - but that first one was on a prime-time, nationally telecast, intersectional over-the-air network broadcast. The spotlight could only have been brighter in a playoff game.
Concur with your point(s) there 100%, but isn't there an unwritten rule amongst The SEC that the ref's (All sports, but especially when it cones to football and mens BB) are NEVER to be questioned and hence are never expected to address any questionable calls or overall performance in regards to a specific game??

Just askin'. No biggie!

He is suspect also I've noticed. Maybe not as much.
Huh? You referring to me? I'm 42, been at USC games before I could walk. Hardly missed a home game until my early 30's. Used to be on "Order of the Spur", "Digital Roost", and my favorite "CockyTalk". I don't sugar coat shit, but there's no reason to question which side I'm on.

The SEC is without a doubt the best college football conference in the country. Occasionally the Big 10 might have a better overall year? To have the pathetic officiating is a JOKE. Best football, terrible officiating overall.

The answer is yes - in all conferences I know of. And when you're talking about coaches and athletic department officials talking to the media about officials and calls, it isn't an unwritten rule. It's codified.

SEC big shots are too busy counting revenue $$$ to worry about the quality of football officiating.

Bad thing is if our DBs come within 3 feet of their WR there will be a flag thrown for PI. Let’s hope they call it both ways because they usually don’t with Clemson.

Think he was saying he's notices some dirty play from JJ, still don't know what they're referring to. Even if he has had a couple dirty plays. There's no way it's even remotely near what skalski has done.

If I was on the coaching staff I would lobby to have Trai Jones in for the entire first series. Line him up behind the tight end and assign him one job. EAR HOLE that pos thug ahole redneck cheap shotting Skalky when he blitzes, because he will blitz within the first 3 plays.
Hit him so hard from the side that his helmet is on sideways. Give that POS something to think about the rest of the game.
