OT: dining in DC

Going to D.C. In couple weeks - going to Old Ebbitt one night and looking for another diner spot for the following night - sort of thinking old school Italian like a Patsy's in NYC - haven't seen a good Italian there on previous trips - any suggestions or other cuisine suggestions? - will be in DC that night - Thx - steve

My favorite Italian was Primi Piatti. Hope it is still there. It is walking distance from the World Bank headquarters.
