I have had charcoal grills, gas grills, and a combo grill is my current grill (I only use the charcoal side). I also have a MASTERBUILT electric smoker with a cold smoker attachment - I love this box and use it most of the time, way more than my grill. I grill burgers, steaks, hot dogs, pork chops, etc. I smoke butts, ribs, pork shoulders, chicken, fresh sausage, turkey, and cheese. I use straight one wood flavors at times and also mix woods as I desire. I am not a pit master but also not a novice.
But this will be my first pellet grill. So, any advice, recipes, pellet brands, etc., you would like to share will be appreciated. Any tricks of the trade using a pellet grill likewise will be received enthusiastically.
