Interesting facts: the ISS is in orbit 249 miles above Earth and is moving 17,150 mph. or almost 5 miles per second. It has been in orbit continuously since 1998 and cost $150 Billion USD. The outside temperature on the Sun side is 250 degrees F. and on the dark side plunges to -250 degrees F.
