Go on the Uhaul website. There are movers you can hire, more are small independent companies. Way cheaper than the big moving companies. Usually charge min of 2 hours.
You can search online and look at their reviews; in this way, maybe you will find what you want. When I was living in the US, it was pretty easier to find a good moving company. Still, before the pandemic started, I moved to Singapore. It was two-month stress and all day crying. The only thing that actually made my arrival pleasant was the house moving team. I found them online, and I was surprised to see with what pleasure they worked for me. They helped me even arrange a bit of my apartment, they moved my thing safely, and they priced me with not a big sum of money. It's fantastic when you meet delightful people.

^^This. Rent a truck for an afternoon and hire one of their crews to load and unload. It will be much cheaper than 3 men and a truck or Gentleman Movers. (I've done it both ways)
We've used 2 Men and a Truck more than once.....maybe not the cheapest but they're damn good and reliable.

A while ago, I opened my dental clinic. I ordered the large furniture and the medical devices at my house because the clinic wasn't ready yet. My house looked like a store, and everything was a mess. When I had to bring the furnishings to the office, I realized that there was no way I could do that myself. I found https://sekamoving.com/moving/commercial-moving/ and asked them to help me transport my things. It was a good thing everything arrived intact, and the fragile things were not damaged. I guess that I was lucky.
