With the UM announcement that he is retiring I have often wondered what’s the difference between quitting vrs retiring.
Iam in my last 5 years of working and to be honest with you when I leave it won’t be to get back into the work force a couple of years later. I always thought retiring meant you won’t be working again but with college coaches it seems it means to take a break then come back and reinvent yourself at another school. Personally I think UM will be back in a couple of years so to me he just quit.
