So my wife and I will be purchasing a new grill in the future (it’s for me of course) and I know there are some pitmasters on this forum. Just want o get y’all’s opinion on what brand/product has worked for you guys? Looking to spend at the max $1,000 (not saying that’s what I’m going to spend. I know that’s a good bit of money, but I cook/smoke food for a good bit of people when I do it and if you take care of something you invest in, it should last a while.
