The more I think about our situation and best course of action moving forward, I'm convinced we need to bring in an offensive coordinator that has a scheme driven by a dual threat quarterback. It needs to be a simple offense so we can take advantage of the transfer portal and bring in quarterbacks that can quickly run it. It takes pressure off of the o-line and there are a lot more of these type qbs out there than pure drop back passers. With a drop back passer you need all the parts around them to be successful, if you have a bad LT, the entire offense can struggle. Find the the right OC and get Raddler and let that be the blue print moving forward, a healthy Doty would fit that bill as well.
